Who we are …

Through an international network of Affiliates, I Support the Girls (ISTG) collects and distributes essential items, including bras, underwear, and menstrual hygiene products, allowing women and folx experiencing homelessness, impoverishment, or distress to stand tall with dignity.

Together, we can make dignity the norm.

In 2015, a moment became a movement. And we’ve been flowing strong all day, every day since.

Working hard for the 50% of the population who often suffer most when things go wrong… Because even if all else were equal, biology ensures that it’s not.

We’re building a network of love and care.

Whether dealing with homelessness, poverty, cancer, menopause, domestic violence, war, natural disaster, or…

Your compassion goes a long way on the road to dignity.

People like you remove obstacles to life’s possibility.

No one should have to choose between their next hot meal or a package of maxi pads. And maxi pads should never stand in the way of the next steps in pursuing a better future. But for homeless women and others impacted by other forms of chronic trauma that is simply a reality…

By joining a growing army of generous supporters, you can help change that.
