Tonight, our Founder and Executive Director, Dana Marlowe, was awarded with the Human Storyteller of the Year Award from the TLC Lions Human Awards.
The Human Storyteller of the Year Award “honors an individual who has displayed tremendous courage by sharing their personal story within the workplace. A Human storyteller breaks down barriers, empowers others to find their voice, and, in doing so, fosters a more human culture in their workplace,” (TLC Lions, 2025).

Her continued dedication to storytelling and advocacy is what got her to where she is today. Through her personal journey, she has amplified the voices of those often unheard and sparked a global movement for people in need. And it all started with 16 bras in her top drawer.
Dana’s story has inspired countless people to work in their local communities to restore dignity to women and girls in need.
