Local Impact

"For clients who are not working and have family members sick, this is great help for them right now. The community relies on Rise and I Support the Girls for these items. I have a single mom with 5 girls, she can count on coming in and getting the items they need."

"We are so very grateful for the donations we receive from I Support the Girls - Central/South New Jersey. They go above and beyond to make sure our pantry is stocked with women's hygiene products. On behalf of our clients, thank you!!!!"

"HiTOPS is so thankful for the generous support of I Support The Girls! We were one of the Vangina stops last fall and we received personal care products as well as period underwear, no fly boxers, Tomboy X compression tops, and more! The generous donations from I Support The Girls helped to stock “The Closet,” a free resource HiTOPS provides for youth to come and select the clothing, accessories and toiletries that trans and nonbinary youth need - in a space that is safe and shame-free. HiTOPS was thrilled to be a Vangina destination and to receive these wonderful items!"

"We love I Support the Girls - Central/South New Jersey!! Every month, they drop off boxes and boxes of feminine hygiene products for our families. Because of their support and generosity, we're able to hand them out at our front desk, in the food pantry and at the Family Campus!"

"Thanks to all of the in-person and virtual volunteers and nonprofits who supported our 5th annual MLK Day of Service! This weekend was a great success! In total we had over 100 volunteers make this year's MLK Day of Service our best yet. As a group, we were able to help six nonprofit organizations. In the end, we made 300 busy bags for HomeFront, 4,644 pads and tampons into bags of 20, 315 Period Packs and Toiletry Bags, 184 Period Pack Refill Kits for I Support the Girls - Central/South New Jersey"
