The team of dedicated professionals who manage our day-to-day operations hail from varying backgrounds.

Each staff member has years of experience in both the nonprofit and business world and our collective knowledge and expertise has allowed the organization to grow very fast and maintain its operational efficiency.

Dana is the President of Accessibility Partners, a company which helps make websites and apps accessible for people with disabilities. Dana founded I Support The Girls in 2015 and manages its global operations.

Rachael Heger
Director of Shipping & Logistics | any/all
Rachael originally set out to collect 3,500 bras before turning 35 in 2016, and met that goal in 88 days. Rachael serves as the point person to folks- inspired by the ISTG story- who want to host collection drives in their communities. She coordinates shipping and logistics, manages the ISTG Midwest Warehouse, and serves on the social team. She lives in Indianapolis with her family, her cat DB, and the most loyal coworker: Milhouse, an orange pomeranian.

Erin Persaud
Director of Operations | she/her
Erin has degrees from Georgetown University and Colorado College, and over 15 years experience in the nonprofit sector, with roles that have ranged from program design and implementation, to grant writing and fund development, to executive leadership. From her office in Denver, Erin handles donor communications, grant writing, and ongoing infrastructure development.

Emma Cannon
Programs and Corporate Partnerships Coordinator | she/her
Emma started with ISTG as an intern in 2022 before joining ISTG full-time! She earned a BA in Gender Studies and Sociology from Indiana University, followed by her Master of Public Affairs (MPA) from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, concentrating in Nonprofit Management. She is passionate about menstrual equity, reproductive justice, and advocating for women, girls, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
Shariah Dunwell Outreach & Volunteer Coordinator | she/her

Outreach & Volunteer Coordinator | she/her
Originally from New Haven, Connecticut, and Silver Spring, MD, Shariah is passionate about empowering communities and mobilizing volunteers for ISTG’s mission. With nearly a decade in the nonprofit sector, she specializes in youth development and has a proven track record in creating impactful programs. She holds a Bachelor's in Business Management from Coppin State University and is an MBA candidate at the University of Baltimore. Outside of work, she enjoys activities like playing and coaching tennis, roller skating, and trying new experiences.

Daniella López White
Digital Engagement Coordinator | she/her
Daniella started with ISTG as a class project, leading to an internship, and is now working in a full-time position! She originates from Oahu, Hawai’i and moved to Boston, Massachusetts where she earned her bachelors degree with studies in Public Relations from Emerson College. Daniella is passionate about using public relations strategies for advocacy and opportunities for people to see themselves being represented. In her free time, you can find Daniella searching for her next book or planning the perfect event in her head.

Sara Whitmer
Volunteer and Donations Coordinator, Midwest Warehouse | she/they
Sara is an educator, community organizer, and professional tarot reader. Her part-time role at ISTG allows her to keep building her tarot business while also engaging in her other great passion: providing aid and support in and for her community. In her spare time, Sara enjoys the local Indianapolis art scene, thrifting and antiquing, live music, hiking and camping, and hanging out with her friends. Sara currently resides in a 108-yr-old fixer upper on the "bEast side" of Indy with her wife, their two young adult daughters, and 3 zany dogs.

Elinor Litwack is a Partner with GRF CPAs and Advisors. She has vast experience specializing in financial and organizational solutions to nonprofit organizations. Elinor leads nonprofit organizations through digital transformation, enhancing their infrastructures to allow them to focus on moving their mission forward. She was recognized in NYN Media’s Nonprofit 40 Under 40 class of 2021. Elinor is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of CPAs, where she serves on the Chief Financial Officer committee. A graduate of George Washington University, Elinor lives in Englewood, New Jersey with her husband and four kids.

Ms. Pitluck has focused the past 20 years of her career on global healthcare access issues including pricing and reimbursement (P&R) strategy, public policy, market access, and patient advocacy for new biotechnology products.
