ISTG – San Diego was founded in 2024 by Elaine Harrison, who saw a need to support individuals in our community facing menstrual inequity and a lack of access to essential items. Driven by the belief that everyone deserves to stand tall with dignity, our team has been dedicated to collecting and distributing bras, underwear, and menstrual hygiene products to those in need.

Since our inception, ISTG – San Diego has distributed 14,417 bras, underwear, menstrual hygiene products, and other essential items.
